Personal Information We only collect personal information that you voluntarily submit. We do not use other methods of obtaining your personal information; the information you provide will be used solely by Earth's Pillars. We send out Newsletters, Updates, and time-sensitive Special Projects that correspond to departments you have selected in the submission form. In compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not request or knowingly collect personal information from those under the age of 13. Our collection forms now state that by clicking the Submit Form button, you affirm that you 13 years of age or older. If your child is receiving updates from Earth's Pillars, and you want that terminated, please contact our legal department to have the child's contact information removed from our lists. We welcome parents to sign up for our newsletters that they may share them with their children, but we will never knowingly contact a child directly.
We collect personal information from our Job Applications solely for legal reasons. This information is not sold to or shared with third-parties. Upon acceptance, we require proof of age to be sent to us. Details of this will be provided in the information pack that will be sent to you. The proof of age that you send will be kept secure and will not be shared with or sold to third-parties. If you are under 18, your parents will be required to submit a notarized form stating that they are allowing you to work for us. This form will also be kept secure and not sold to or shared with third parties.
